What to Expect During Your Visit

Our suggested flow:

  • Arrive at Prudential Center at, 800 Boylston St, Boston, MA, 02199
  • Buy a ticket at the box office or come with your mobile ticket, scan for entry
  • Make your way down the escalators and through security to the elevators that will take you up to floor 52
  • Explore the observation levels and immersive experiences, located on all 3 floors, staircases and elevators will lead you
  • Visit the Cloud Terrace and Stratus bar as part of your experience
  • Plan around a 1 – 1.5 hour visit

GETTING HERE

BY MBTA

Accessible from the MBTA’s Green Line, Orange Line, Commuter Rail and bus system. The Green Line “E” train has a Prudential Center stop which exits into the Center.

BY CAR

There are several passenger car entrances to the Prudential Center Garage:
