What are the hours of operation for View Boston?
Hours for View Boston are below. Last entry is one hour prior to closing time.

Are animals allowed in View Boston?
Animals and pets are always prohibited in View Boston and the Prudential Center, including when the facilities are not open to the public.
Exceptions are Certified Service Animals and animals in training for certification will be permitted to assist guests with disabilities. Service dogs or service dogs in training must be 12 months or older. Animals under 12 months of age will not be permitted.
Police or other certified assistance animals will be permitted when accompanied by a qualified handler on official business.

How can I change the date on my ticket?

Can guests re-enter View Boston after they have exited the attraction?
Unfortunately, re-entry is not permitted once a ticket has been scanned in.
Are there restrooms at View Boston?
Restrooms are available for use throughout View Boston. They are located on all levels. Restrooms are for guests of View Boston.
Are guests able to smoke at View Boston?
At View Boston, we are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including the outdoor Cloud Terrace deck on Level 51
Can guests take photos of the views and exhibits at View Boston?
We encourage all guests to take as many personal photos or video with hand-held devices as they would like. Please post to social channels tagging #ViewBoston.
Professional photographic equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, lights, and other such equipment is not permitted without prior approval from View Boston management.
For permission to use such equipment, the View Boston Marketing Department must be notified in advance – allow at least 2 weeks for an approval. Please email vbguestservices@legends.net your request and be sure to include your date you plan on visiting.
Do guests need to print their ticket?
If you are able to access your tickets from your phone, there is no need to print them. We can scan directly off your phone. If you are unable to find your tickets and do not have them on your phone, you can visit Guest Services when you arrive and provide the credit card used to purchase to look up the transaction, at which time your tickets can be reprinted for you.
Who can guests contact for lost and found items?
You can come to our Guest Services Desk located in the arcade level or email vbguestservices@legends.net to check and see if we have your item. If the item you have misplaced has your contact information, we will contact you if we find it.
After a day, Lost and Found items will be transferred to the Prudential Center Concierge desk near the Center Court.
How much time should I allocate for your visit?
You should allow approximately 1-hour to 90 minutes to complete your visit.
Is there parking available at View Boston?
We recommend visiting us via public transportation if possible. Information on paid parking at the Prudential Center is available here: https://www.prudentialcenter.com/visit/parking/
What type of bags are allowed in View Boston?
Unfortunately, luggage is not allowed in View Boston. Only bags, backpacks, or packages no larger than 25” high x 17” wide x 9″ deep are permitted.
All visitors and packages are subject to security screening. View Boston reserves the right to refuse entry to any article at our discretion. We do not have lockers or storage capabilities for your personal items.
Does View Boston have a dress code?
We do not have a dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably. Please note – our space is air conditioned during the warm summer months.
What happens if guests forget their tickets?
Do not worry, we can help you! If you are unable to find your tickets and do not have them on your phone, you can visit Guest Services when you arrive and provide the credit card used to purchase to look up the transaction, at which time your tickets can be reprinted for you.
Does View Boston have lockers for guests?
We do not offer lockers or storage facilities. All guests must submit to a security screening prior to entering View Boston. Bags, packages, luggage must be within the following dimensions for admission – no more than 25” high x 17” wide x 9” deep.
Security Protocols at View Boston
All guests must have a valid ticket and submit to a security screening prior to entering View Boston. Tickets are valid for one-time use and once they are scanned, cannot be used again for re-entry.
The following items will not be permitted:
Firearms or any other type of weapon (knives, box cutters, nun-chucks, mace, pepper spray, stun guns or tasers, and laser pointers) or any other potential weapon determined at the discretion of View Boston Staff or Security. Fireworks are not permitted.
Drones and other remotely controlled devices are not permitted.
Guests failing to adhere to these conditions could be subject to their removal from View Boston and/or the Prudential Center without a reimbursement of the cost of admission. A “terms and conditions” statement is contained on the back of each guest’s ticket. View Boston reserves the right to further restrict the terms and conditions upon a member of the public who is considered a threat to the safety of our exhibits, equipment, or property. View Boston retains the right to alter, delete or add further restrictions at our discretion at any time.
What is considered a group?
Groups of 10 or more, including but not limited to tour groups, schools, scouts, camps, family reunions, social groups, and employee outings.
How will groups receive their tickets?
Groups will receive their tickets via email. Each ticket can with be printed or added to the guests’ mobile device wallet.
Can group tickets be purchased the day of our visit?
Same day tickets can be purchased on our website. We recommend you book at least one day in advance to guarantee ticket availability. Group discount pricing will not be available unless purchased in advance.
What is the refund policy? What if some of our group do not attend?
View Boston does not offer refunds for your tickets – tickets must be used on the date/time printed on your ticket.
Can groups change their reservation?
If you booked your group through the Group Sales department, contact your representative to discuss your options if you need to make any updates.
What are the hours for Stratus?
Stratus is open from 2 PM – 10 PM Monday-Thursday and 12 PM – 10 PM Friday-Sunday.
What are the hours for The Beacon?
The Beacon is open 12 PM – 9 PM daily.
Do guests need to purchase an admissions ticket to visit the restaurant?
Yes, tickets to View Boston are required to access both The Beacon and Stratus. We encourage guests who plan to enjoy dinner at The Beacon to purchase a prepaid dining experience on Open Table, which includes a priority admission ticket. Experiences can be book by visiting this link: The Beacon
How do I make a reservation at The Beacon?
Reservations for up to 7 guests can be booked through Open Table 30 days in advance. Please visit this link to book your reservation. The Beacon
Can guests make a reservation at the Stratus?
Reservations for Stratus are not available at this time. All guests are welcomed on a first-come first-served basis.
What are the different dining packages at the Beacon?
The Beacon offers 3 different dining packages. Each of the packages offers an unique experience and also include a ticket to View Boston. To learn more about our dining packages click here.
Are there any special promotions or discounts for US Military and Boston First Responders?
When identification signifying membership is presented in person to the Box Office or Guest Relations, View Boston box office agents will provide $10 off full-priced admission packages for the service member and $5 off for up to four accompanying guests. ACTIVE & RETIRED service members from the following agencies are eligible for this special discount program: members of the United States Military Services, the Boston Police Department, Fire Department, and Emergency Medical Services (Public Agency). View Boston endeavors to make this special promotion available every operating day, however, we remind our guests that all admission discount programs are subject to availability and limitation.
