Barre With The Point East Boston


The Point's barre classes are designed to empower your entire body. The focus of a barre class, which has stemmed from traditional ballet training, is to exhaust specific muscle groups and strengthen them through a series of low-impact, small, precise, and repetitive exercises. These exercises are followed by an intentional sequence of stretches that target those same muscle groups. This is an all levels class. Julia strives to create an inclusive space in which people will feel seen, heard, and welcome. You will be provided with variations of the exercises and encouraged to listen to your body. Class is taken barefoot or with grippy socks.
