Meet Your Instructors
Leah Lavin — April 18 & May 2
Leah’s yoga journey started during a study abroad experience that changed everything. She woke up from a blissful savasana and immediately fell in love with the practice. Holding both a 200-hour yoga teacher training and a Yin 75-hour certification, she has deepened her practice to guide students in finding their own style.
In her class, expect a blend of Vinyasa and Yin flows that weave together breath, movement, music, and lighting into a fully immersive experience. Leah brings options, humor, and genuine warmth to the mat — a welcoming space for every body in the room. She hopes you leave class feeling a little taller, a little lighter, and smiling.
Find Leah through JOYN events, at CorePower Medford/Fresh Pond, and at Wonder Yoga in Arlington.

Tobey Stohr — May 16
Tobey Stohr doesn’t just teach yoga — he creates worlds. As the founder of JOYN, a community built around yoga and wellness events throughout Boston since 2023, he has dedicated his career to building spaces where people can connect and move with purpose.
His classes are built on seamless transitions and music you feel more than hear — lyric-free, soul-stirring sound that carries you through each movement without pulling your attention outward. Every class centers on the connection between mind, body, and breath, cultivating an awareness that extends far beyond the mat and into everyday life.
Find Tobey at Boston Yoga Union, The Move, The Handle Bar North End, and through JOYN events.

Anna Siegel — May 30
Yoga has been a grounding force in Anna’s life through years of change, travel, and transition — a constant source of stability and community. Her teaching reflects that: rooted in positivity and creativity, designed to connect people with themselves and each other.
Anna’s classes blend Vinyasa and Hatha yoga with relaxation techniques drawn from her reiki training, creating a session that’s energizing, playful, and deeply restorative in equal measure. Expect to work, breathe, laugh, and leave feeling genuinely joyful and connected.
Find Anna at JOYN events and CorePower Fresh Pond — or somewhere around town hugging a tree.

What Is Mental Fitness — and Why Does It Matter?
Rhone’s philosophy of Mental Fitness isn’t just a tagline — it’s a framework for building the same discipline, resilience, and intentionality in your mental life that you bring to your physical training. The Sky High Yoga Series is an expression of that philosophy in practice.
Each 60-minute class is structured around strength, mobility, and control — physical qualities that translate directly into sharper focus and steadier energy throughout the rest of your day. This is the kind of workout that changes not just how your body feels, but how you think, move, and engage with everything that follows.
