Here is everything happening at the top of Boston this November.

Pilates in the Sky with Boston Body Pilates

Saturday, November 7th at 9AM

Boston Body Pilates has been a cornerstone of the Boston fitness community since 1989, when founder Zayna Gold opened her first studio on Newbury Street. Today, Boston Body operates five locations across the greater Boston area, including Back Bay, East Watertown, Natick, Newton, and the North End/Waterfront.

The Waterfront studio, owned and operated by Liv Nurmi, a Balanced Body Master Instructor and certified Pilates teacher, is nestled along Boston’s historic waterfront. Floor to ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, and the studio serves as the largest Pilates and Barre Teacher Training Center on the East Coast.

On November 7th, Boston Body Pilates Waterfront’s certified instructors bring their signature 50-minute indoor Pilates mat class to View Boston. The all-levels class blends classical movements from the original Pilates repertoire with contemporary exercises, creating a dynamic and accessible workout for everyone. Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, you will leave feeling stronger, more connected, and refreshed.

And you will be doing it all 750 feet above the city.

Tickets: $48.

Sculpt with (the) Move

Sunday, November 8th at 9AM

(the) Move is a Boston fitness studio built around one signature class: a 50 minute, beat based sculpt experience designed to change the way you move. Located on Columbus Avenue in the South End, The Move has built a loyal following for its immersive, music driven workouts that feel less like a gym class and more like a full body experience.

This is not just another sculpt workout. It is an immersive flow that strengthens, energizes, and reconnects you to your body through seamless, intentional sequencing. Built from foundational control into dynamic, layered combinations, every track syncs movement to music for a fluid, intuitive rhythm that feels electric. You will leave feeling strong, lifted, and fully alive.

Now imagine all of that 750 feet above Boston, with 360-degree panoramic views of the city stretching out in every direction.

Tickets: $48.

Skyline Sculpt with Lifetime Fitness

Sunday, November 15th at 9AM

Lifetime is one of the biggest names in luxury fitness, with more than 120 athletic country clubs across 26 states. In October 2025, Lifetime opened its Prudential Center location right at 800 Boylston Street, bringing a 60,000 square foot luxury health club to the heart of Back Bay. The club features boutique studios, over 110 weekly classes, and resort style amenities, all steps away from both Prudential and Copley MBTA stations.

On November 15th, Lifetime brings its Skyline Sculpt class to View Boston. This energizing, mat-based Pilates class combines controlled movements, core work, and bodyweight exercises to strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt from head to toe. It is a full body workout designed to challenge you while taking in one of Boston’s most incredible views.

Tickets: $48.

More Than a Workout: The View Boston Experience

Every fitness class ticket includes access to View Boston’s full three-floor experience. That means before or after your class, you can explore the 50th floor’s immersive exhibits, step out onto the 51st floor open air roof deck, and take in the 52nd floor observation deck, where all three classes take place.

Linger after class and then head down to the 51st floor and grab a cocktail at Stratus, View Boston’s rooftop bar. With the city glowing below and the skyline wrapping around you in every direction, it is the perfect post workout reward.

The Rooftop Wellness Series: A Summer Tradition, Now Indoors

This November’s classes are an extension of the Rooftop Wellness Series, a partnership between View Boston and Fit Scene Boston that began in the summer of 2026. The series took over the 51st floor outdoor deck for monthly rooftop workouts led by Boston’s top fitness instructors, followed by post workout social hours at Stratus with curated wellness vendors, beverages, and a DJ.
